Terms and conditions for using XeraMenu's digital menu platform and QR code ordering services.

By accessing and using XeraMenu's digital menu platform services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our QR code ordering system, digital menu platform, and related services.

Standard implementation is completed within 1 week from project start. Rush implementation (3 days) is available for additional fees. Delays may occur due to client delays in providing menu information or approval of digital content.
We respect your privacy and protect your restaurant's data. Menu information, customer feedback, and analytics data remain your property. We use data only to provide services and do not share customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our digital menu platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for brief service interruptions due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.
The digital menu design, platform technology, and implementation methods are proprietary to XeraMenu. Clients retain rights to their menu content, restaurant branding, and customer data. QR codes and platform access are licensed for use during the subscription period.
Menu updates during the 1-month free trial are included. After the trial period, updates are included in annual subscription plans. Major platform updates and new features are provided automatically to all subscribers at no additional cost.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client retains access to their menu data but loses platform access. Setup fees are non-refundable, but subscription fees may be prorated for early termination.
XeraMenu's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our obligation is limited to providing the digital menu platform and related services as described.
We warrant that our digital menu platform will function as described. Technical support is provided during business hours for platform issues. We do not warranty third-party integrations or client device compatibility issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Sulaimanyah, Kurdistan Region.
