Terms and conditions for using XeraMenu's digital menu platform and QR code ordering services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XeraMenu's digital menu platform services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our QR code ordering system, digital menu platform, and related services.

2. Service Description

XeraMenu provides comprehensive digital menu solutions including:

  • Professional menu data entry services at 600 IQD per item
  • QR code table ordering system implementation
  • Digital menu platform with customer feedback collection
  • Analytics dashboard and order management tools
  • Multi-language support for Kurdish, Arabic, and English
  • Technical support and platform maintenance

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing structure includes:

  • One-time setup fees: Data entry (600 IQD per menu item) + QR code printing (30,000 IQD for 60 table codes)
  • Annual subscription plans starting at 60,000 IQD per year
  • 1-month free trial included with all new implementations
  • Volume discounts available for multiple restaurant locations
  • Payment terms are typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion

4. Implementation Timeline

Standard implementation is completed within 1 week from project start. Rush implementation (3 days) is available for additional fees. Delays may occur due to client delays in providing menu information or approval of digital content.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete menu information for data entry
  • Ensure all menu items, prices, and descriptions are current and accurate
  • Provide necessary restaurant branding materials (logos, colors)
  • Maintain internet connectivity for QR code ordering system
  • Train staff on platform usage and customer assistance
  • Notify XeraMenu of any required menu updates promptly

6. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your restaurant's data. Menu information, customer feedback, and analytics data remain your property. We use data only to provide services and do not share customer information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our digital menu platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for brief service interruptions due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

The digital menu design, platform technology, and implementation methods are proprietary to XeraMenu. Clients retain rights to their menu content, restaurant branding, and customer data. QR codes and platform access are licensed for use during the subscription period.

9. Modifications and Updates

Menu updates during the 1-month free trial are included. After the trial period, updates are included in annual subscription plans. Major platform updates and new features are provided automatically to all subscribers at no additional cost.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client retains access to their menu data but loses platform access. Setup fees are non-refundable, but subscription fees may be prorated for early termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

XeraMenu's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages. Our obligation is limited to providing the digital menu platform and related services as described.

12. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our digital menu platform will function as described. Technical support is provided during business hours for platform issues. We do not warranty third-party integrations or client device compatibility issues.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Sulaimanyah, Kurdistan Region.
